RETINA - Heterogeneous architecture for Image Computing.
The RETINA board, constructed in Biocybernetic laboratory, is a modern 32-bits image processing platform equipped with the Virtex FPGA, Floating Point DSP, PCI Master Interface and A/D Image Converter. The board is designed as a PCI-bus based card. The RETINA board although intentionally designed for Log-Polar re-mapping can be used as general image processing system.
